Phase 1 (Rough Clean)

First initial clean!  Removal of door, window, and appliance stickers.  Initial cleaning of window trim, sills, tubs and showers.  This will allow punch out employees to further caulk around windows, tubs and shower enclosures.

Phase 2 (Final Clean)

This phase is considered the most important and requires the most man power, equipment and supplies.

Sinks, cabinets, countertops vacuumed and wiped out.  Complete clean of bathrooms and kitchen, this includes wiping down all appliances, counters and floor.  Vacuum all HVAC vents, baseboards and fireplaces.  All floors will be vacuumed or mopped.

Phase 3 (Light Clean or Powder Puff)

Dirt and dust may be still settling or smudges from the punch out process may need to be cleaned up before new owners move in.  Phase 3 is a back up cleaning to ensure new homes are completely clean of dust that settles in new home.
