• Cleaning the linens that were used by previous guests

• Sanitizing surfaces

• Ensure that the next guest has a sufficient quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning products

• Alert owner or property manager of any missing items and take pictures of damages

• Test various items in home to ensure they operate correctly

• Sanitizing all the surfaces in the bathroom(s) and kitchen

• Washing and changing the lines

• Hanging fresh towels

• Empty our fridge and clean interior

• Putting away dishes

• Cleaning underneath and between furniture cushions

• Looking for damage or missing items

• Stocking toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc.

• Providing light maintenance (changing smoke detector batteries, light bulbs within 12 feet) when necessary
